Our Story:
EpicThrills is a radical venture built to tame the insatiable thirst of the human spirit for new experiences.

On one hand, EpicThrills is a place to be inspired by the tales of a new generation of men and women exploring new frontiers and pushing the envelope of adventure travel. On the other, EpicThrills is a place to discover, for yourself, new opportunities for adventure. By partnering with an elite group of outfitters and guides, we bring the opportunity to take part in extraordinary adventure trips to your inbox each week.

EpicThrills is the vision of adventurer and entrepreneur Allen Burt, who was constantly left frustrated by the lack of access to authentic adventure experiences online. Allen should know a thing or two about adventure. Prior to launching EpicThrills, he led a literacy non-profit campaign in SE Asia, raising money to deliver and build mini libraries for rural village schools in the country of Laos. He has illegally trekked across the Tibetan plateau, cross-country skied the backcountry of Patagonia, and is a two time IronMan 70.3 competitor. He has a background in strategic and analytical economic consulting and a B.A. in Business Economics from Miami University (OH).
